Improve the experience when creating and updating announcements

In order to improve the creation and updates of Announcements, we have replaced the previous CKEditor with AlloyEditor. This editor improves the writing experience with a much more inline experience, and it also adds consistency with many other applications, such as Blogs, Wiki, Knowledge Base, etc.

Considering that AlloyEditor is really good in the WYSIWYG experience, we decided that the preview option is no longer needed because in AlloyEditor when the user writes the announcements he can totally see how it will look like (since the editor is not intrusive at all and it doesn't add any overhead like toolbars).
The same decision was made with the Blogs Portlet when AlloyEditor was included as the default editor.

AlloyEditor has been included in both Title and Content.
