Description:
Session timeout / expiration message is obscured by the top title bar. This prevents the user from fully seeing the error at hand.

This is reproduced on a OS X 10.11.6 environment using Chrome Version 52.0.2743.116 (64-bit).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Startup Liferay 7.0 + FP DE 4
2. Sign in as [e-mail]
3. Wait 29.5 minutes and session timeout warning will appear. Assert that the top 1/3 of the message is obscured.
4. Allow the timer to expire, and the session to completely timeout. Assert that the top 1/3 of the message is obscured.

Expected Result:
Session timeout message is apparent.

Actual Results:
Session timeout message is obscured.
