In web content when a structure has a date field that is required, but does not have a predefined value, the date displayed is 11/30/1899.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Content -> Web Content
2. Create a Web Content Structure with a date field
3. Make the date field required
4. Create a Web Content Template based on this new structure
5. Add a new Web Content using this new structure and template

Expected Results:
The date field will display today's date

Actual Results:
The date field will display 11/30/1899
