System Settings is not encoding multi-valued properties properly when exporting a configuration

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to System Settings
2. Look for a configuration with a multi-valued property (example: Liferay Portal Elasticsearch Adapter)
3. Introduce the configuration, entering several values
4. Export it

Result: The multivalued properties are written with one value per line, but without the right syntax (for example there is not a backslash at the end of the sentence).
Expected: The format for multivalued properties should match the one described in http://felix.apache.org/documentation/subprojects/apache-felix-file-install.html
