Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to a public page and add the Blogs portlet
- Add a lengthy blogs article
- Subscribe to comments
- Navigate to Control Panel > Users > Users and Organization
- Add a new User
- Logout as Test and login as new user and navigate to the blog article
- Add a new comment
- Logout as new user and login as Test
- Navigate to My Account > Notifications to view the new notification
- Click on the Notification that says "(new user) added a new comment to (blog article)"
Expected result: User is redirected to the comment or notifying asset.
Actual result: User is NOT redirected to the asset, but to the to the page where the comment was created.
