Motive

Currently "Twitter" and "My Subscriptions" plugins are in liferay-plugins repository and therefore they cannot be released as independent Marketplace Apps because they need to be in the main repository (liferay-portal).

Since we need to release those plugins in the Marketplace as independent Apps, we need to move them to the main repository and we need to do the minimum necessary changes to ensure that they plugins will work with Liferay 7.

Acceptance Criteria

• Twitter plugin must be located in liferay-portal repository and it need to be treated as an independent app (not belonging to collaboration or to any other suite) so it can be released as an independent app in the marketplace.
• My Subscriptions plugin must be located in liferay-portal repository and it need to be treated as an independent app (not belonging to collaboration or to any other suite) so it can be released as an independent app in the marketplace.
• Twitter plugin must work and have the same features as in 6.2
• My Subscriptions plugin must work and have the same features as in 6.2
