Steps to reproduce:

1 - Set up the portal to be able to send emails
2 - Create a new user and make sure to register your email address for this user
3 - Add a Blogs portlet to a page
4 - Switch the locale to Hungarian
5 - Add a blog entry and mention your own user (@userscreenname)

Resulting email:

Body:
