Steps to reproduce:

1. Add company.default.locale=es_ES to portal-ext
2. Start portal
3. Expand Application Menu
4. Expand one of the sections inside the Application Menu
5. Hover over one of the draggable portlet titles with a long name

Expected result:
Añadir appears and does not overlap with the portlet title

Actual result:
Añadir appears and overlaps with the portlet title, obscuring the text.

Tomcat 8.0.32 + MySQL 5.6.
