Paginating roles should remember the checked permissions

In the same way, Journal or Document Library remember the state of selected items when paginating, the UI for permissions should behave in the same way.

Scenario when a user has more than 20 roles.

Go to Portlet Configuration, give permissions to a role in the first page, then go to the second page, give permissions to another role and save.

Users would expect permissions from both pages to be saved.
