Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new jounal structure with a file entry field, and a template with this field
2. Create 100000 File entries with 3 versions (each) (using an script)
3. Create a new journal using the template with the dl field.
4. Click on select file from the file entry field

Portal takes a while to render the list.

In Master it doesn't happen since logic has changed and uses the Item Selector
