Document previews in IE 11 do not zoom in properly

Description:
When attempting to zoom in on a document preview in DXP using IE 11, the zoom window only displays a very small portion of the document. (See attached screenshot)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Site Admin > Documents and Media
2. Upload some .PDFs.
3. Using IE 11, click on the title of one of the .PDFs.
4. Click on the "Zoom" magnifying glass.

Expected: Document preview pop-up will fill the browser window.
Actual: Document preview pop-up is very short; see attached screenshot.

Issue reproduced in branch.
Note: Issue is actually worse in branch; editing the values for the translation changes the "option" selections to 'undefined', and adds many.
