Questions threads appear to have the option to be 'unmarked' as a question, but this option doesn't save

Description:
LPS-68460 introduced a fix that set threads created in a Message Board Question Category to be marked as questions. However, this also created an appearance of the ability to set these threads to no longer be questions.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Message Boards Category
2. Category Settings - Display Style = Question
3. Create Message Board thread in category
4. Edit the Message Board thread
5. Go to More Settings
6. Uncheck Mark as a Question and save.

Expected: The Message Thread no longer has its Mark as a Question checkbox as checked
Actual: The Message Thread still has its Mark as a Question checkbox as checked
