Issue
Sync Connector Admin has no Japanese translation

Steps to reproduce

1. Start DXP bundle
2. Login and switch to Japanese
3. Go to Control Panel > Settings

Expected results
Sync Connector Admin is displayed as Sync Connector管理

Actual results
Sync Connector Admin is displayed in English
