      Description

Html heading elements (h1..h6) doesn't follow a correct hirarchy when using asset publisher.

Here is the link for this specification:
      https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG10-HTML-TECHS/#document-headers

The point we are not following is this:
"Content developers should not "skip" levels (e.g., H1 directly to H3)."

      steps to rerpoduce:
1.- Add Asset Publisher portlet to a page
2.- Add a basic web content and a basic document
3.- Check heading tags on the html sources of that page

We should check it using abstract view and full content view

Expected behavior: We never skip heading levels
Current behavior: we are skiping h2 level

Note: this issue doesn't reproduces on master because we are using css classes for style instead of heading elements
