Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new tag with a relatively long name (i.e. 'thisisthelongesttagnamefortesting').
2. Tag at least 10 assets with the tag.
3. Add a Tag Cloud portlet to a page with the 30/70 page layout in the 30 column.

Expected Result: Tag name will not extend beyond the portlets border
Actual Result: Tag name extends well beyond the portlets border (see attached screenshot)
