1. Open a clean Liferay DXP bundle and log in as the omni-admin.
2. Create a new Web Content Structure using the code in the attached slider-structure.txt.
3. Create a new Velocity template for the new structure using the code in the attached slider-vm.txt.
4. Create a new Web Content article using the new structure and Template.
5. Create two additional slides using the "+" icon in the upper right hand corner.
6. Ensure that an image is selected for each slide.
7. Save and Publish the article.
8. Add the article to a page.
9. Watch the slide animation

Expected:
The slides transition by moving.
Actual:
The slides transition by changing images with no animation.
