Setting virtual host for private page breaks site control panel links

      Description

      Unable to navigate from private pages to settings pages.

      Reproduction steps
      1. Add "127.0.0.1 myip.liferay.com" to your hosts file
      2. Start Master/70x
      3. Add a new private page with whatever name
      4. Go to Site -> Configuration -> Site Settings -> Friendly URL and set Private Pages to myip.liferay.com
      5. Save
      6. Go back to private pages
      7. Try to go back to the Site Settings
      Expected: Site Settings is loaded
      Actual behaviour:
      the current page is loaded again

      Reason: The URL is broken:
      http://myip.liferay.com:8080/~/control_panel/manage/-/site/settings?p_p_auth=DzhG0y3M
      instead of
      http://myip.liferay.com:8080/group/guest/~/control_panel/manage/-/site/settings?p_p_auth=DzhG0y3M
