Correctly Permissioned Jasper Reports Not Visible In Portlet

Description:
Reports disappear for guest users if they lack view permissions for the reports on the first page.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Startup Liferay
2. Create 2 reports
3. Set the permissions of the reports to deny guests from viewing
4. Log out to confirm that guests cannot view
5. Log in
6. Create 20 new reports leaving the default permissions (guest view)
7. Remove guest view permissions from the first 20 reports(this also works if you remove the first 5 and change to view 5 per page)
8. Log out

Expected Results:
You should be able to view the remaining reports as a guest user.
