The width of some elements on the Microblogs portlet are not large enough causing the text to be broken up into two lines

The width of some elements on the Microblogs portlet are not large enough causing the text to be broken up into two lines.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a page with the 30/70 column layout
2. Add Microblogs portlet to the 30 column on the page
3. Update status
4. Hover status (note here that all the buttons don't appear on same line in some browsers like Firefox) and click Edit on the posted status

Expected Results: The Viewable By label should all be on one line. The comment, edit and delete buttons should all appear on one line.
Actual Results The Viewable By label is broken into two lines and the comment, edit and delete buttons don't appear on one line on all browsers even though there is enough room for it to be on one line.
