Changing the frame size in YouTube plugin doesn't work

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add the YouTube plugin to a page
2. Go to the configuration options
3. Change the value of the Preset Frame Size
4. Save

Expected result

• The new value is saved and the video will resize according to it

Actual result

• After saving the value is reseted to the default value.
