User cannot use Assign Form dropdown menu while creating a Kaleo Forms process

      Reproduced on:
      Tomcat 8.0.32 + MySQL 5.6.29. Portal ee-7.0.x GIT ID: b0d967cb16b2c6b60f4d0d253a90690aa975a071.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Go to Product Menu > Content > Kaleo Forms Admin
      2. Add new process
      3. Input Name
      4. Next
      5. Add field set
      6. Choose field set
      7. Next
      8. Choose single approver workflow
      9. Next
      10. Click "created" form ellipsis

      Expected Result:
      Dropdown menu displays with "Assign Form" option.

      Actual Result:
      Nothing happens on user click.

      Workaround: Manually refresh the page and then the ellipsis will show the dropdown.
