DESCRIPTION
Message Board parent category shows incorrect subcategory count after moving subcategory to recycle bin.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add a category to Message Board portlet
2. add a subcategory to the category. Parent category displays "1 subcategory"
3. move subcategory to recycle bin
EXPECTED RESULTS
Parent category displays "0 subcategory"
ACTUAL RESULTS
Parent category still displays "1 subcategory"
