Goal:

• Have access to the published URL in the form manager panel.

• Accelerate form publishing;
• Avoid unnecessary clicks;
• Improve usability.

User Story:

As a form builder, I would like to publish my form easily and have access to the published URL in the form manager panel, so that I don't lose time and save clicks after editing it.

DOD:

1. URL should be accessible on the kebab menu of the correspondent form in the rules manager;
2. The user should have an option to copy the link to clipboard;
3. The user will only have access to this option if the form is published (if not, the access is not available).
