CKEditor in MB boards should allow select files from DM

In previous versions when using ckeditor in MB (not in BBCode-ckeditor) users were able to select files from DM

Steps to reproduce:

1.- change portal properties to (even a change in MB format to html is enough):

editor.wysiwyg.portal-web.docroot.html.portlet.message_boards.edit_message.html.jsp=ckeditor
}}

2. Add a new thread
3. Click in the image icon from the toolbar
4. A new dialog appears.

Expected. Since in 6.2.x we where able to select files from D&M the item selector opened should have the D&M tab ( + URL tab)

Current. Only a tab is shown (URL)
