Steps to reproduce:

1. Set Spanish as default language from Control Panel > Configuration > Instance Settings > Miscellaneous
2.  Go to the Site Admin > Content and Create a WC Structure: Str1, and add two fields:
2.1.  A Text field called ParentText
2.2. An Integer nested field of ParentText called: NestedInteger
3. Save and go to the structure list.
4. Edit the default values of Str1 and set only the title.
5. Save.

Observed Your request failed to complete.
Expected Values are saved.
