Fail to display "Login" Resource Action records when using Audit Reports

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add the following infos to your portal-ext.

   audit.message.com.liferay.portal.model.Layout.VIEW=true
   com.liferay.portal.servlet.filters.audit.AuditFilter=true
   

2. Have the Audit-portlet and Audit-hook plugins deployed.
3. Go to control panel, click at Audit Report.
4. Logout and Login.
5. Go to control panel, click at Audit Report.

Expected result:
User can assert Login record display.

Actual result:
User can not assert Login record display.
