This issue does not need to be backported as it was fixed by the changes made on another ticket. Alloyeditor shows placeholder when it only contains an image

PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.
Alloy Editor is still enabled when navigating to a different portlet. SearchUsecase#SearchAssetsScopeEverythingAcrossMultipleSites
is also now passing.
Fixed on:
Tomcat 8.0.32 + MySQL 5.6

Steps to reproduce:
Navigate to Site > Content > Blogs (or any portlet that uses Alloy Editor)
Click on the plus button to add a blog entry
Assert Alloy Editor loads and user can add a title, subtitle, and content
Without canceling or publishing, navigate to another portlet that uses Alloy Editor (e.g., Web Content)
Add Basic Web Content
Expected result: Alloy Editor is still enabled
Actual result: Alloy Editor is disabled unless you refresh the page. Navigating to a different portlet after step 5 will still not load Alloy Editor.
