A small icon (from pictures with icons?) is shown sometimes as big one. it has size of whole screen

Page is shown correctly after one-two click of refresh of page.
It happens sometimes. I don't know sequence for reproducing of this bug.
Custom theme is deployed too - i'm no sure in connection of this problem to custom theme.
