Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to DXP
2. Go to site where you're an admin
3. Go to or add Calendar
4. Add some Calendar Entries.
5. Set another user as a member of this site
6. Login to portal as member of this site
7. Go to Calendar -> Agenda
User would see event titles and scheduled times.
User does not see event titles but can see scheduled times.
