Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as an administrator user.
2. Add the Announcements portlet to a page.
3. Create a new announcement with the following values:
   1. Distribution scope: default site.
   2. Title: áéíóú.
   3. Content: úóíéá.
4. Click in Preview

Actual result:

• Title and content fields are not shown correctly.

Expected result:

• Title and content fields are shown correctly.

Note: Not a bug in master because Announcement Preview feature was removed on LPS-68142
