Steps to Reproduce:
1) Extract a clean instance of Liferay 6.2 SP15.
2) Start the server and login with admin user.
3) Go to Control Panel >> Roles >> Administrator >> View User >> Action(of any user) >> Manage Pages.

On the console following message is printed

05:43:46,882 ERROR [http-bio-8080-exec-8][PortletRequestProcessor:324] Remote address 127.0.0.1
05:43:46,882 ERROR [http-bio-8080-exec-8][PortletRequestProcessor:326] Invalid path was requested /roles_admin/edit_layouts

Result: It opens a blank page.
