Guest user is unable to add comment to Liferay asset

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a site page with a blogs portlet
2. Add a blog post to portlet
3. Log out of Portal
4. Navigate to blogs portlet
5. Click into blog entry
6. Add a comment as a guest
7. Click save

Expected result:
Guest comment is added to blog post

Actual result:

• Error message appears in comments
• "Success" message appears in the sign-in portlet: Your comment has already been posted. Would you like to create an account with the provided information?
• No guest comment appears in blog post

This also happens with DM comments.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 8.0.32 + MySQL 5.6.
