1. Deploy reports-portlet-6.2.10.6.war jasperreports-web-6.2.10.4.war from here.
2. Go to Site Administration -> Add Report Definition
3. Add 3 new report definition

Actual result:

1. The latest Report Definition will be sorted on the top

Expect result:

1. The latest Report Definition should be sorted on the bottom.
