Issue
In the Web Content Template editor, clicking on a script elements brings you back to the top of the window. For example, if we create a Web Content Template, and click on "Journal Content" under Journal Util, the text input will appear in the editor box, but it will scroll you all the way back to the top of the window presenting an annoyance.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Start up Lfieray DXP + DE-11
2. Sign in as [email protected]
3. Go into Liferay > Content > Web Content
4. Create a Template
5. In the Template creator, under the "Script" heading, scroll all the way to the bottom, then click on the left hand template builder options (e.g. Journal Content)
Actual Result
Clicking on a template element populates the editor pane, but brings us back to the top of the window
Expected Result
Clicking on a template element populates the editor pane, but retains the position before the click was registered.
