Add Button is cut off in wiki frontPage

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Resize your browser to not use full screen. (I'm using 1440*1050)
2. Go to Content -> Wiki -> Main -> FrontPage
3. Click "This page is empty. Edit it to add some text."
4. Click on "Write your content here..."
5. Observe the add button.

Actual Result:
Add Button is cut off even I restore the browser to 1920*1080.

Expect Result:
Add Button display well.
