As a developer I want to know when an image dropped in the editor has been uploaded

Motive

AlloyEditor does not inform when an image that has been dropped in the editor has been uploaded to the server. This is when we got the fileEntryId associated.

Note: this could not be tested manually, as this is only the infrastructure.
