theme.css.fast.load=false breaks product menu theme

    Description

      For localhost installations, using
      theme.css.fast.load=false

      Seems to break the product menu with: was blocked due to MIME type mismatch (X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff).
      —
      Playing with this property, http.header.secure.x.content.type.options=false, seems to have no effect.
      —
      This works fine:
      theme.css.fast.load=true
      theme.css.fast.load.check.request.parameter=true
      theme.images.fast.load=true
      theme.images.fast.load.check.request.parameter=true
