Git Pull Request:
The ScientiaMobile OEM agreement has expired, which causes the following message when adding mobile device rules (see LPP-22244 for more details):
There is no device recognition provider installed. It will not be possible to determine the characteristics of the devices accessing the portal. Please contact the portal administrator or install it from the Liferay Marketplace.
This message shouldn't show up when we have the 51Degrees plugin deployed, however it does show up.
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to Control Panel > Configuration > Mobile Device Families
- Add Device Family
- Manage classification rules for family
Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0.62+ MySQL 5.7.17
