Dynamic Import packages are not removed if the WAB contains the correct dependency

      Description

      Deploying a WAB that contains JARs matching the packages set in 

      module.framework.web.generator.headers.DynamicImport-Package

      will result in class cast exceptions due to a mixture of both JARs being utilized.
