Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add Dynamic Data Lists Display portlet to the Welcome page
2. Add List
3. Select Data Definition
4. Create data definition with Documents and Media field
5. Choose created data definition
6. Save list
7. Add new list entry
8. Click "Select" on the Documents and Media field

Expected Result:
User can see DL document selector.

Actual Result:
User given error message, You do not have the roles required to access this portlet.

Note This is not reproducible if the user is adding a record from the DDL admin portlet.
