Incorrect URL generated to open up document library selector in DDL in Spreadsheet View

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start portal on your local machine (localhost:8080)
2. Change Virtual Host field from "localhost" to your local IP address
3. Go to Dynamic Data Lists
4. Add list with default "To Do" definition
5. Go to some Page and add a Dynamic Data Lists Display Portlet
6. Select the list you just created and save
7. Click on Optional Configuration
8. Select the Spreadsheet View and save the configuration
9. Double click on the Attachment cell and click "Select"

Expected Result:
Document selector iframe loads.

Actual Result:
Document selector iframe does not load. URL request using "<local_ip_address>:8080"

Refused to display 'http://192.168.108.147:8080/web/guest/home?p_p_state=maximized&p_p_mode=vie...rtlet.action%253D%25252Fdocument_library%25252Fupload_file_entry%2522%257D' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'SAMEORIGIN'.
