Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go into your database and change the webId of your company to be the same as your domain (e.g. localhost:8080)
2. Add a new document and get it's URL
3. Add a new journal article and put in a link to the document's URL
4. Export the site
5. Create a new site and then import the site
6. Assert the import fails with a similar error to "The Web Content Article: asdf has missing reference(s) that could not be found during the process."

Expected Behavior: Import is successful
Actual Behavior: Import fails due to missing references
