Add event button have issue and click calendar field can't edit event if it has not been saved.

Issue specific to Tcserver3.2

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login with admin.
2. Add a calendar portlet to page.
3. Click calendar field and Click edit.
4. Close popup.
5. Click Add Event Button.

Expected behavior:
User can add event without issues.

Actual behavior:
Step3 and step5 appeared same issue.
