To reproduce:
1. enable remote staging
2. add page to the site
3. add an ADT for Site Map
4. add a Site Map portlet to the page on the staged site and configure it to use the previous ADT
5. publish to remote live
6. navigate to remote live
7. check the portlet configuration

Actual result:
Site Map is not configured to use the created ADT, at Display Template section Default is displayed

Expected:
the created and published ADT to be displayed at Display Template section

Tested on ee-7.0.x 311f4b8 and on master e2998f3
