Steps to reproduce:

• Add any non jar file to `osgi/static`
  • can be any txt file
  • Mac computers sometimes create a .DS_Store automatically just by visiting the directory
• Start Portal

Observed:

• Logs display a `NullPointerException` coming from `com.liferay.portal.bootstrap.ModuleFrameworkImpl._getStaticBundle`.
