I've reported a bug to the community forum :

My bug is related to a previous one not resolved :

I have made a sample illustrating the bug in attachment.

I've added the sample-tag-portlet.zip which is a sample portlet using spring MVC war portlet with simple jsp with tag file embedded for Liferay DXP SP2.
The nav1.tag is correctly render whereas the nav2.tag is displaying an exception : com.liferay.taglib.servlet.PageContextWrapper cannot be cast to org.apache.jasper.runtime.PageContextImpl.

Could you take a look at this bug ?
