After upgrade, the Type column of mobile device rule tables are not displayed correctly

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Start 6.2.10 bundle

  2. Deploy 51degrees from liferay-plugins-ee/ee-6.2.x

  3. Navigate to Site > Configuration > Mobile Device Families

  4. Add Mobile Device Family

  5. Add classification rule

  6. Upgrade database to DXP + FP 13

  7. Deploy 51degrees lpkg

  8. Start DXP + FP 13 bundle

  9. Navigate to Site > Configuration > Mobile Device Families

  10. Select Mobile Device Family from step 3

Expected result:
The Type column should display "Simple Rule".

Actual result:
The Type column displays "com.liferay.portal.mobile.device.rulegroup.rule.impl.SimpleRuleHandler". The same thing happens if rules are added to a site page before upgrading.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 8.0.32 + MySQL 5.6.
Portal DXP GA1 + FP13

PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.

Fixed on:
Tomcat 8.0.32 + MySQL 5.6.
