LMDD detects tablet devices as the "Other devices" type

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Site > Configuration > Mobile Device Families
2. Add Mobile Device Family
3. Add Classification rule
4. Set device type to "Tablets"
5. Save
6. Select Configure page for Welcome
7. Select the Advanced tab
8. Expand the Mobile Device Rules panel
9. Turn off the option for using the same rules as Public Pages
10. Add the family from step 2
11. Select Manage actions for the family
12. Add a Redirect to URL action
13. Set the action to redirect to http://www.google.com
14. Navigate to Welcome on any tablet

Expected result:
The page redirects to Google.

Actual result:
The page does not redirect to Google
