Steps to reproduce:

1. Add new document in DM
2. Enable remote staging for DM
3. Rate document with three stars
4. Publish to Live
5. Assert Page Ratings is included in next publication
6. Publish to Remote Live
7. Go to remote site
8. Go to document

Expected result: Document is rated with three stars
Actual result: Document does not have any ratings
Reproducible with local staging
