      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a form with a text field
        1. Select "multiple lines"
Assert that text field only has one line
      2. Navigate to the site
      3. Add form portlet to the page and configure to display the form
Assert that the text field only has one line

      Expected result:
Only one line. User is able to add more lines by pressing enter, or by typing a lot of text.

      Reproduced on:
      Tomcat 8.0.32 + MySQL 5.7
      master GIT ID: 83d5520e99206cd8ae5f11d5232c1ebd31bc5e63
      ee-7.0.x GIT ID: 9496e46ec5a4c8d2e8656aebfb86e61e0723da8e

note: in ee-7.0.x, the field collapses to one line when I start typing in it (see gif)
